With this issue
we are moving to the 21st year of Indian Skeptic. Indian Skeptic was
started with the main aim of failure of law and justice to the
ordinary citizens of our country as the Mafia dons who are acting as
benevolent helpers who have taken birth to protect the powerless from
the grips of the Mafia lawlessness strugling to survive. We inaugurated
Indian Skeptic with the 1st real story of a youth being burnt
before other students in the hours of noon and the case closed as suicide.
The students of the college protested before the police station but
the other side was too powerful for them to withstand the viles of the
godman Ratnakaram Sathya Narayana Raju aka Sathya Sai Baba.
Recently
there was an email questioning us that though we have been able to explain
the paranormal and psychic phenomena which the godmen/women claim they
have, I have not been able to take action against them. That I have
utterly failed.
This
is not true. In these 40 years we have been able to build up a strong
base where the students and youths are fully cooperating. Murder cases
which are closed and the accused left loose are one by one being taken
up and the frauds and murderers punished. Take the case of murder of
Jessica Lal. Though Manu Sharma as president S.D.Sharma’s relation
the case was dismissed the culprits have been punished.
RSNR
aka SSB through vishwaroopa his interpreter of falsehood as truth has published the followings.
The ExBaba
website published no less than five articles pertaining to the Jessica
Lal murder case, which they continuously cited as proof to support
their claims that courts of law in India are corrupt and are influenced
by high-ranking Indian politicians.
One of
the men implicated in the Jessica Lal murder case was Vikas Yadav and he was defended by K.N. Balgopal. Vikas Yadav is the son of D.P.
Yadav, a known crime Mafioso. For those who do not know, K.N. Balgopal
is the same lawyer who assisted Basava Premanand to file his bogus petition
against Sathya Sai Baba for violating India’s Gold Control Act. KN
Balgopal is currently the “legal advisor” for Premanand’s Indian
Skeptic magazine.
I find
it very disturbing that Basava Premanand’s legal advisor (KN Balagopal)
was one of the lawyers who defended the son of a corrupt high-ranking
Indian politician who was clearly an accomplice in the murder of Jessica
Lal (he was eventually convicted and sentenced to four years in
jail). Just as Premanand loves to institute impropriety based on preconceived
affiliations, one is left to wonder if there are any ties between Basava
Premanand, K.N. Balgopal, D.P. Yadav, the Indian Skeptic and the Indian
Mafia? Read June 2008 issue for answer.
